We found our friend - now they need water, food, medication

RIH members in Montreal started a nonviolence youth program in Haiti 5 years ago -- Now there is alot of young people involve in the RIH in haiti. They started a RIH group and are doing some education for nonviolence, they also help with the humanitarian Aids during Hanna and Gustav Hurricane.

Since days we were trying to get in touch with our friends in Haiti. Finally were contact and they are OK

The groups took charge of a 1,000 people -- kids and families after the earthquake in La Plaine (suburbs of Port Au Prince) on the road to St-Marc.
They need water, foods, medicine now, they have not received humanitarian aids since a week!!

I am trying to contact governement people in Ottawa -- but if some of you guys have some contacts with very big NGO -- like Red-Cross or others -- please let us know when will give then the specific location.

For the moment sending money to them will not help -- they need help from the international NGO or UN.
